My front tooth had been gradually loosening and discoloring after I was hit in the mouth by a baseball. Dr Jason explained that the trauma had damaged the nerve, causing it to die and the tooth to become infected. He recommended a root canal to remove the dead nerve and stabilize the tooth. Since it was such a visible tooth, I was worried about both function and appearance. Monica assured me that the treatment would restore both stability and natural color. The root canal procedure was very comfortable – the numbing worked perfectly. Dr Jason was extremely careful working on a front tooth, taking extra time to preserve the natural structure. The temporary crown immediately stabilized the tooth and improved the color significantly. I had no pain afterward, just mild sensitivity for a day. Tori made sure the temporary crown was secure and looked good. The permanent crown was placed two weeks later and it’s absolutely perfect. The tooth is completely stable and the color matches my other teeth exactly. You cannot tell which tooth had the root canal!

Let me tell you about my amazing experience at AZ Dental Club! I had a filling done and was really nervous about it, but Dr. Jason completely put me at ease. His approach to tooth preparation is incredibly gentle and thorough – his skill really impressed me. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Monica, the dental assistant, was amazing too. She was so helpful and made sure I understood everything that was happening. Her caring approach really helped calm my nerves. The office is clean and modern, and everyone there is so professional and friendly. Gladys at the front desk is wonderful – she’s always so efficient and helpful, and she made sure all my insurance information was handled correctly. I’m definitely staying with this practice for all my dental needs!
The crown color matching required multiple consultations with the lab to achieve perfection. Dr. Jason was very particular about getting the shade exactly right. Under all lighting conditions, the crown is indistinguishable from my natural teeth. The extra effort really shows.
Broke my tooth on a olive pit. Who expects that? Got it rebuilt and you honestly can’t tell.
