I can’t believe how great my experience was at AZ Dental Club! I had to get two fillings done and was really worried about the pain, but Dr. Jason made the whole experience so much better than I thought it would be. His technique for tooth preparation is incredibly gentle and thorough – I could tell he really knows what he’s doing. He took his time and made sure I was completely comfortable. Tori was such a great dental assistant too, she has such a positive attitude and really knows how to put patients at ease. Her assistance throughout the procedure was excellent. The whole office has such a great atmosphere – everyone is friendly and professional. Gladys at the front desk was super efficient and made sure all my paperwork was handled smoothly. I actually enjoyed my visit, which is something I never thought I’d say about going to the dentist!

My back molar had been sensitive to cold for months, but I kept using sensitive toothpaste and avoiding cold foods. When the cold sensitivity became sharp, stabbing pain, I realized I needed professional treatment. Dr Jason’s examination showed that a cavity had progressed to the nerve, causing inflammation and severe cold sensitivity. He recommended a root canal to remove the inflamed nerve and eliminate the sensitivity. Monica explained how cold sensitivity progression indicates nerve involvement and why toothpaste treatments weren’t addressing the root cause. The root canal procedure took about 75 minutes. Dr Jason was very patient and thorough, ensuring complete removal of the inflamed tissue. The numbing was effective and I felt no pain during the treatment. The temporary crown felt comfortable and the sharp cold sensitivity was immediately gone. I had very little discomfort afterward. Tori made sure my bite was correct before I left. The permanent crown was placed two weeks later and it’s excellent. No more stabbing pain with cold – I can drink cold beverages and eat ice cream again without any discomfort!

Wisdom tooth pain came out of nowhere during a work conference. The pain was so bad I couldn’t concentrate on presentations. Called the emergency line and they coordinated pain management until I could get back. Dr. Jason extracted the tooth first thing when I returned and the relief was immediate. Monica made sure I had proper pain medication for recovery. Emergency coordination that allowed me to finish important business travel.

My 8-year-old son’s sealant appointment was educational and efficient. Dr. Nimri made the process seem like a science experiment and explained cavity prevention clearly. My son learned about oral health and felt proud of his protected teeth. Gladys provided excellent aftercare instructions and scheduling.

Chipped my tooth on a fork. Sounds ridiculous but it happens. Fixed it and learned to eat slower.
